起床 (okiru): to wake up
寝る (neru): to go to sleep
朝ごはん (asagohan): breakfast
昼ごはん (hirugohan): lunch
晩ごはん (bangohan): dinner
歯を磨く (ha o migaku): to brush teeth
顔を洗う (kao o arau): to wash face
シャワーを浴びる (shawa o abiru): to take a shower
服を着る (fuku o kiru): to get dressed
学校に行く (gakkou ni iku): to go to school
会社に行く (kaisha ni iku): to go to work
買い物をする (kaimono o suru): to go shopping
料理をする (ryouri o suru): to cook

Now that you have learned the vocabulary, let's practice using it in sentences:
私は毎日7時に起きます。 (Watashi wa mainichi shichi ji ni okimasu.): I wake up at 7 o'clock every day.
朝ごはんはトーストとコーヒーです。 (Asagohan wa to-suto to ko-hi desu.): I have toast and coffee for breakfast.
学校は電車で通っています。 (Gakkou wa densha de kayotte imasu.): I go to school by train.
放課後は友達と買い物に行きます。 (Houkago wa tomodachi to kaimono ni ikimasu.): After school, I go shopping with my friends.
夜は家族と晩ごはんを食べます。 (Yoru wa kazoku to bangohan o tabemasu.): I have dinner with my family at night.
